WOT: Serb Facts July - "How Terrible"
There is a LOT of information, so much that I decided not to create a giant wall of text. Here are just a few that stood out to me:
For the former arty players who still haven't gotten closure:
After 8.6 the number of battles with SPGs decreased and a large number of players sold their SPGs. SerB says this was planned.
Question: Arty is overnerfed, a lot of people did quit playing it, what about that? SerB says: Then dont play arty. Thats why we did it.
SerB says: The re-balance of arty was done so that the amount of noobs playing it would become lower. And judging from your whining, the goal was met.

Question: I have too little FPS! Answer: Upgrade your abacus at least to calculator, clean it up inside, update drivers etc.
SerB says that some players have tried, unsuccessfully, to take Wargaming to court: Apparently, he who has enough time for a trial also has enough money for lawyers, who then advise him not to put this in front of a judge, because the whole claim is futile.
Question: If all the scientists in the world confirm that the end of the world will come within a month, would you release Type 59 into the shop again? Answer: The end of the world was supposed to happen, but it was cancelled by Wargaming, because its bad for business
Question: How much money would I have to bribe you with to return the 122mm gun to SU-26? Answer: For that you dont have enough.
Question: And if all the SU-26 drivers pooled their money together? Answer: Even so its not enough.
Question: Do you realize that you created a bunch of junkies, addicted to your game? Dont you feel ashamed? SerB says: *puts away his bread with caviar* I realize that. I feel ashamed. *sadface*
Question: It is a known fact that diesel electric engines such as Porsche system can go with the same speed forward and backward, why is it not implemented into the game? SerB says: Take your car. Now remove the rear mirror. Cover the rear glass and leave only a small slit. On the rear seat, put your mother in law (she wont be missed that much) so that she covers the small slit. And now drive cross-country at full speed backwards, while obeying your mother-in-laws commands. And dont forget to include a wish in your testament so that your widow sends us the video of the whole event.
SerB says: Every noob thinks of himself as a mega-skilled player who doesn't rightfully pwn everyone only as a result of Wargaming conspiracy.

Guess this means the T57 Heavy line won't be nerfed for a while? Also hope that last quote puts to rest many of the MM conspiracy theories!

The US T23 Medium might appear as another tanks hull upgrade.
The Japanese Tier X SPG will have a short range 300mm caliber gun.
SerB will investigate the top speed of the IS6, it is apparently too slow at the moment.
When the T-50-2 is removed, accumulated XP will transfer to the MT-25. The experience from the T-50 will transfer to the KV-1S.
The Chinese Tier X SPG hasn't been identified yet.
SerB says the work on adding Japanese tanks is going slowly, due to lack of data. He asked that if players have any data they should send it to him. They still need Tier IV and V Heavies and they need more credible information on Tank Destroyers. It's possible the Japanese will be launched with only a Light and Medium branch initially.
The WZ-111 and Type 62 are both likely to appear in the game stores.
The VK100.01 is a real project according to one source. Yuri Pasholok was one of the first people to get that source in the former USSR.
Question: Auto-loader tanks are overpowered! Answer: How terrible. Get an auto-loader too and pwn. Of course, skilled players will destroy you while you reload your drum and you will start whining again too bad. In this case, medicine is powerless.
When asked about the T57 nerf, Serb replied: Will nerf, if needed. If not needed, I wont nerf.

The Superpershing changes are also delayed till 0.8.8.
Storm admits that there are problems with the Match Maker after the SPG Tier changes. They are being fixed.
The current punishment for AFK players is sufficient according to SerB.
Its possible a Premium Tier VIII tank with 200mm+ penetration will appear at the end of the year.
Garage battles will not come this year. It is being worked on and the developers have found some interesting variations on it.
Historical battles are coming, both implementation and balance are major concerns.
It is possible to hit the enemies' gun without damaging it. Guns have their own saving throw.
