Some basic tactics for players who dont read up on the game
After an 0-10 start to my weekend, I have noticed that basic tactics need to be taught to players who havent learned them, in hopes that maybe a few players will want to learn to play better. I have had some good games today in my BDR and my new VK30.01H, and yet I am 0-5 in each tank today. These items may seem unbelievably obvious to almost everyone here, but many players on my teams today seriously need to be taught these things.....
1. Dont just sit on your own base all battle long!
2. If you are a heavy tank, dont camp beside your own base all battle long. You cant win by capping your own base...
3. If you are using a powerful TD, and enemy tanks light up in front of you, try shooting them!
4. If you are a light tank, wait for your team to catch up with you before you rush in & die. They will be able to shoot at what you spot.
5. If you are in a turretless TD, and you spot a heavy tank with 70hp left right in front of you, dont just sit and wag your butt back and forth. Shoot him!
6. When you see a fellow teammate being surrounded by enemy tanks and its obvious he cant **** all of them by himself, maybe help out by shooting at least one of them yourself, instead of just watching....
7. If you are in an AT-8, your job isnt to sit and contemplate the battle while watching the minimap. Try taking part in the battle!
8. Enemy tanks need to be shot to be ******, and you cant shoot them through large boulders, and you cant hope them to die.
9. . You shouldnt try peek a booming against a KV-1S and a KV-1 at the same time, by yourself in a Stug!
