So reddit, let me share a story with you, in hopes that it'll help me to realize what happened, but also to share the joy and excitement with you.

Back when I started playing Tanks in 2011 I have been a poor student. For almost the first year I suppose, I've been running on a regular account only as I have been playing other subscription based MMOs and somehow had to get food and stuffs still. So when Wargaming released the storm of Type 59s onto pubbies, rolling and rocking everything in their way, I unfortunately just didn't have the funds to get one myself. I always procrastinated spending so much money on a video game I might not even be playing in a years time.

Well, fast forward some time and the Type 59 had been removed from the store. At this point I was quite let down, having missed the opportunity to aquire one. I guess you can tell how this story goes on by now. Type 59 is put up to the store once again for a very limited timeframe and I again miss the opportunity. Ever since then, by now having finished my studies and making money like a good adult should be doing, I've been cursing myself with various imaginative defamations for having been such a cheapskate, robbing myself of all the fun that I could have had driving this joy tank!

So yesterday night I have been grinding out the current LT mission, enjoying the last weeks of T10 matches in the Chaffee, trolling heavy tanks into sweet, sweet rages, being trolled by fail teams that make scouts absolutely useless and rage inducing - a regular day in World of Tanks. Incidentally, there was also a sale for T8 tanks on, so I decided to finally get my Centurion I and continue the grind for the FV4202 just in case Wargaming decides to give it out as Premium for owners.

I buy the tank, uncheck my primary filter on the carousel, go on to look for my newly aquired tank when I see this:

I kid you not, Reddit, it took me ten minutes and two smokes to realize that I wasn't dreaming - I even double checked that it's been my account and stuffs. For the most time I have been staring at my screen with my mouth open though =) I tried to comprehend why this thing popped up in my garage and more importantly, how I was able to miss that! The only reasonable explanation how I got the Type was the recent Gamescom giveaways where I participated while moaning to my friends how much of a ******* I've been for not buying one back in the days...

So, anyway, to cut a long story short, I am finally joining the club of proud Type 59 owners! Still, I have yet to drive it - it still has the 50% crew which it came with (I didnt play the Chinese beyond T4 so far) and I am kinda intimidated and hesitating to click the battle button. You know, Reddit, it's kinda like when you get a chance to make a serious move for your great love =)

TL,DR: After a long day of grinding, I found a Type 59 in my garage which I always wanted but never got, making me a very happy person indeed!
