I am running tier 5-8 tanks and I went to check where I was on Fireworks and it reports I don't have any eligible vehicles in my garage. I am missing out on 400K creds here Is the by design??

Our current maps make too much of a pretense of appearing too realistic. This game isn't a Sim, we always hear said, so why not allow for one or two maps not too seriously based on real world location [..]
