How do you get back a crew member you accidentaly dismissed1

10:05 pm, July 21, 2013 I accidentally dismissed 2 crew members at 100% and 2 skilsl trained! WTF Why would they have the dismiss button without like a Are you sure you want to dismiss ?!?!?! View
