Gift shop NA vs RU and EU
Dear war gaming
I have been advised to post here in reference to my support ticket. I do not agree with that I need 50 or more post in regular forums to be treated like a valued experience player. " who know how to play the game "
My stats should clearly speak for themselves. I have sent in a support ticket on my concerns and the response I was give is here. I would appreciate it if someone would give me an answer if the fifty post are required to take my matter serious enough that I will copy and paste this message every 4 hours or my daily post limit is reached to reach your fifty post requirement. As I stated in my service ticket I am a disabled veteran who suffered enough physical injuries that has restricted ability to move around. I play your game to past the time cause I cannot move around like other people do. I would appreciate to be taken seriously based upon my gaming hours alone. I currently involved in a multi' 60 man clan more than half of us play World of Tanks.

Dear War gaming America Support,
Reference: Gift Shop
I have growing concerns on the Gift shop Bundles for NA server. I have read the comments for this week Gift shop bundles and was informed from other players posting that NA server does not get the same offerings as the RU server.
I have been playing World of Tanks for approximately a year and a half. My love and interest in WOT is fading daily. Gift Shop offerings in the NA are more expensive and pale in comparison to the gift shop on the RU and even EU servers. I have recently purchase several Gift Shop offerings in the past weeks. One of my purchase was for a friend whom I introduced to World of Tanks. I have increased my Garage tank collection to 60.
NA server Tanks that are unavailable only to see them offered in the Gift Shops and in game of other regions. M4a2e4 this tank was for "special for Beta testers" yet is available to players on the RU servers. The M6A2E1, same as above. We are told "it's a Pre order special" and it is available in the RU Gift Shop.
I have spent approximately $600 USD on the NA server. Now that I have seen this. I now wonder what my $600 USD would of got me if we had the same Gift shop offerings as the RU servers. I feel really bad about this. This is a double standard that needs to be addressed and resolved in a manner that doesn't leave the NA player base feeling like 2nd and 3rd class citizens. I can't help but to look at this as unequal treatment and favoritism on the RU Server.
I am a player that enjoys gaming and I do enjoy playing World of Tanks with friends. I have also played a similar gaming franchise that will soon release tanks with planes in November. This franchise is Russian base and has equal product offering on all servers.
I am a retired disabled war veteran that has now, due to my injuries have taken to online gaming. I am a proud American who has served his this country Honorably for 15 yrs of Infantry service. I want to know What North America War Gaming is going to do to resolve this issue.
War gaming America what is the reason that Gift shop is not equal to all?
War gaming America Will corporate in WGRU and WGNA make Gift Shops equal in pricing etc?

Dear Gunfighter308,
Thank you for contacting World of Tanks about the Gift Shop.
We truly do appreciate your feedback and we take all player feedback into great consideration when testing and discussing possible changes to the game.
We have forwarded this along to our superiors.
Unfortunately, we in Support have no control over what is offered in any of the Gift Shops nor do we know the reason as to why RU server has different items than NA server. We wish we could answer your question more thoroughly, but alas, we do not have the ability to.
In the future, we kindly request that you leave your feedback and suggestions in the proper section in the forums, as this is where we regularly collect from for our reports to the Developers. You can even find official "Feedback Request" threads, where you can really make your voice heard:

To get access to the Suggestions Forum, you must have at least 50 posts in the regular forums. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, this is to ensure that only the experienced players who understand the game more thoroughly post here.
(Please make sure you do a thorough search/check of the forums to make sure that a similar topic doesn't already exist before posting.)
In the mean time, you can keep your eyes peeled for any new developments:
