Balancing the new British Medium/TD line (FV 4005 Stage 2)

Now, you may or may not have read it on the For the Record blog, but the British firefly line will become a TD line from tier 8. Balancing will not be hard, but the tier X candidate will be very difficult to balance.
The vehicle I am talking about is the FV4005 Stage 2.
The problem with this tank is that the gun you see above, is an 183 mm autoloader. It has a 3 shell clipIRL.
So, the problem is how to balance this tank. Well, pretty much similar to the FV215b 183.
The vehicle has not much armor, a maximum is around 100 mm's. The hull is a centurion one, so it is a bit more mobile that the 215b 183.
But the biggest problem is the gun. IRL it has a 3 shell 183 mm autoloader.
In game, this can be balanced like this:
Damage: 1150/1750
Penetration: 310/92 mm
Amount of autoloader shells: 2
Clip reload time: 60 seconds
Reload time between shells: 10 seconds
Accuracy: 0.4
Aiming time: 3.4 seconds
Ammo: 12 shells
This way, the 183 mm gun on this vehicle pretty much has the same reloading speed (if not worse) than the 215b 183. The only difference is that it gets no HESH ammo. This is simply because it would be extremely OP as it would deal 3500 damage in 10 seconds. So, the 1750 damage dealing shell you see above has 92 mm of penetration, the same HE shell as the 215b 183 has.
A last balancing feature can be to give it something like 1900 HP, so it has like medium tank HP. Since this vehicle is more mobile.
Conclusion:
The FV4005 stage 2 should be an interesting alternative to the FV215b 183. The main difference being that this vehicle can make a burst of damage in 10 seconds and that theFV215b 183 deals 1150/1750 damage and reloads for 30 seconds to later strike again.
The FV4005 stage 2 will mainly be more mobile, but also more fragile that the FV215b 183.
So, this is my balancing suggestion. I hope you find it interesting.
